Responsibilities: - Production Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule for the Bun Process, taking into account production capacity, resource availability, and customer demand.
• Collaborate with production managers, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to understand production requirements and constraints.

- Resource Allocation:

• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources required for the Bun Process.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

- Communication:

• Communicate the production schedule to relevant departments, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Act as a liaison between different teams to address any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.

- Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor the progress of the Bun Process against the production schedule and identify any deviations.
• Generate regular reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

- Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the Bun Process.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall production performance.

- Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the demand planning team to align production schedules with customer demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule routine maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.

- Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards:

• Ensure that production schedules adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality checks within the production schedule.

Qualifiations: - High school diploma required, college education preferred

• Proven experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production processes.
