What You'll Do

• Provide safe, comprehensive anesthesia care across multiple clinical settings
• Conduct preoperative assessments, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating patient risk factors
• Develop and execute individualized anesthesia care plans with collaboration from surgical teams
• Administer anesthesia during various surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor vital signs, anesthesia depth, and patient responses intraoperatively
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care
• Travel between multiple locations to deliver anesthesia services
• Document all procedures accurately in EPIC EMR, complying with hospital standards
• Support staffing needs and participate in on-call rotations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain certifications

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid CRNA licensure and RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA certifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of anesthesia experience (not accepting new grads)
• Preferred:
  • Experience working in a busy hospital environment
  • Ability to work in a team-focused, multi-site setting
  • Skills in patient assessment, anesthesia administration, and intraoperative monitoring
