Schedule:

Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend and holidays in rotation with staff. Shift includes bedside shift report for every patient transfer of care.

Highlights:

- Mixed ICU with 28 beds, patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3, including holding inpatient PCU/med-surg admissions- Advanced specialty training opportunities in Neuro ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, and head and neck flap procedures- Post-operative day 0 CABG patients, impellas, balloon pumps, Swan Ganz, advanced hemodynamics, EVDs, bolts, and induced hypothermia protocols- Experience with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage management, CRRT, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring- Meditech documentation system with mobile computer workstations and i-mobile phones for care team members- Level II Trauma Center with specialized burn clinic, breast care center, and robotic surgery institute

Requirements:

- Active RN license eligible for South Carolina- Minimum 36 months RN experience with at least 12 months in an ICU setting- Previous travel nursing assignment experience preferred, ideally in a Meditech facility- BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required- Proficiency in ventilator management, bedside shift report, and telemetry strip interpretation- Ability to manage 1-3 ICU patients safely and effectively- Advanced skills preferred: CRRT, advanced hemodynamics, and phlebotomy- BSN, advanced certifications, and TNCC certification preferred
