We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (Per Diem) to join our team at Marion Rehabilitation. About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist (Per Diem) , you will work with a diverse patient population, providing speech-language therapy services to individuals who have experienced various types of injuries or illnesses. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping patients improve communication skills, cognitive function, and overall quality of life. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders
Develop and deliver individualized speech-language therapy plans to patients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
