Responsibilities: Conduct client interviews and assist in case intake and preparation Research legal issues and draft legal documents, including motions, letters, and briefs Represent clients at hearings and proceedings (in-person and via Zoom) Manage and organize case files efficiently Maintain clear and professional communication with clients Travel throughout New Jersey may be required Qualifications: Active New Jersey Attorney License (required) Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to build trust and rapport with clients Confident in both courtroom and virtual settings Self-motivated and capable of managing a diverse caseload independently Why Join Us?
