Benefits Employee discounts Paid time off Job Title Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator Location Monroe, NC Employment Type Full-Time Compensation $20.00 an Hour Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator to manage daily order fulfillment and maintain accurate product inventory across our operation. This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping website orders while also tracking inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring accuracy across all products. This is an entry-level to mid-level role with a clear path for growth as order volume increases. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship daily e-commerce orders Ensure all orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped on time Print shipping labels and manage outgoing shipments Maintain clean and organized packing stations Daily drops to USPS Inventory Management Track inventory levels across all products (flower, prerolls, gummies, etc.) Maintain accurate counts and update inventory systems as needed Organize storage areas for efficiency and accessibility Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts Product Organization Label, sort, and store finished goods by batch and product type Ensure proper rotation of inventory (FIFO where applicable) Identify low stock levels and communicate restocking needs Additional Support (as needed) Assist with labeling and packaging inventory for sale during slower fulfillment periods Support preparation of products for retail and online availability Workflow & Efficiency Keep fulfillment processes organized and efficient Help improve systems as order volume increases Maintain a clean, structured, and professional workspace Customer service related to the packing and shipping department Qualifications Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, or inventory preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and stay on task Basic computer skills (shipping software, order systems, etc.) Reliable and consistent attendance Compensation & Growth Starting salary: $20.00 Hourly Performance-based increases as order volume and responsibility grow Growth tied to scaling of orders Opportunity to take ownership of fulfillment and inventory systems What We’re Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented individual Someone who takes ownership of their workspace and systems Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency A self-starter who can improve processes over time Reliable transportation Why Join Us We are a growing premium brand with a focus on quality and consistency.
