What You’ll Do Support day-to-day operations: open/close, inspect deliveries, enforce procedures Be a people developer! Identify and develop talent to fuel building our management team for rapid growth Lead by example: supervise, train, and coach crew members Ensure high-quality food, service, cleanliness, safety Handle guest issues with care and turnaround satisfaction Help build efficient schedules and balance labor needs What You Bring 2+ years managing teams in restaurants or retail Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control Dependable, solution-oriented, and guest-focused Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays Hard working but you also enjoy having FUN!
