About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Program Operations to lead the performance, quality, and compliance of its core programs. This executive will be responsible for ensuring that all programs, including residential services, academies, clinical services, and nursing, operate with the highest standards of quality, consistency, and accountability. The role involves overseeing a multi-site, decentralized service delivery model and requires a leader who can drive excellence and maintain the organization's mission of connecting people with disabilities to greater possibilities for learning, jobs, and safe living environments. Candidates for the Vice President, Program Operations position at the company should have a strong background in program management, with a focus on the delivery of services to individuals with disabilities.
