Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of die-cutting experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate die-cutting equipment, including flatbed and rotary presses.
• Install and align cutting dies, plates, and stripping tools according to work orders.
• Load raw materials and monitor production to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, dimensions, and defects.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and minor adjustments.
• Complete production records, quality checks, and output documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Die Cutter Operator.

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
