• HVAC Installation Technicians

Larry’s Heating and Cooling is growing and we're looking for people who know how to install, service and repair Heating and Cooling equipment in the Yankton and Vermillion Area.

Our Technicians are the happiest, by far!

We stay busy all year long which means no Layoffs in 38 years! We have a very large, very loyal Client base and it's growing all the time.

We do serious weekly training...and opportunities for one-on-one training with our incredible leaders, Senior Techs, and utilize outside Training labs as needed. If there's an area you would like to focus on, we want to help you!

PAY PLANS:

We have a unique pay plan and benefits package that is not available anywhere else. The more you learn, the more you grow, the more you are rewarded!  $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Suffice it to say that our people are very happy with our structure and are compensated very well for their respective roles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ Years of Experience preferred
• A Good Attitude...If you're experienced and you don't have a good attitude, it's probably because you're not working for the right people.
• A passion for helping people
• You are well-groomed, dependable, and drug-free
• You believe you bring something special or unique to our Team and our Clients
• A clean driving record and a current driver's license
• The ability and desire to learn and continue learning
