This position is based in Tampa, FL. We welcome applicants who live in Tampa or in nearby communities such as Brandon, Riverview, Temple Terrace, and other locations within a reasonable commuting distance.

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of potential buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
• Collaborate with our team to strategize and implement marketing plans for listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for our clients.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments.
• Utilize our proven systems to generate and nurture leads consistently.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout the buying and selling process.
• Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships, fostering a network of potential buyers and sellers.
• Proven track record of being a motivated self-starter, eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
