NOW HIRING - PART-TIME OVERNIGHT MED AIDE in CountryHouse in Cedar Rapids, IA. Overnight shift 3 days a week 10p-6a. The way to enjoy your time as a Part-Time Overnight Med Aide: Use your 40-hour Medication Aide certification to understand dosage and terminology to help the residents. Utilize your computer skills, and track medication provided to the resident in the system. While interacting and engaging residents with activities, observe, monitor, and report any side effects or concerns as needed. Assist with activities of daily living with a willingness to be coached. Strong English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with residents and colleagues. Do others describe you this way? Per Iowa law, Medication Aides must complete a department-approved medication aide or medication manager course and pass the required exam before administering medications to our residents.
