Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests throughout the College of Dentistry.
• Provide directions and wayfinding assistance to clinics, offices, and other destinations.
• Escort patients with mobility challenges when needed.
• Communicate temporary route changes, clinic relocations, and building access updates during renovation activities.
• Answer general questions and connect patients with appropriate clinic personnel when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful presence in assigned areas.
• Support efforts to enhance the patient experience and promote excellent customer service.

Expected Salary:

$15.00/hr

Required Qualifications:

• Current University of Florida student.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-service focused.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse patient population.

Preferred:

• Previous customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or ambassador experience.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing assistance and directions to the public.
• FWS permit
