About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to oversee all financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes, as well as providing in-depth financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. This role also involves monitoring business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing financial models to support strategic initiatives. The VP FP&A will be a key partner to business leaders, driving continuous improvement in financial planning processes, and will be expected to have a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills. Applicants for the Vice President FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance experience, including leadership in FP&A, is required, with a background in the SaaS or FinTech industry being a key focus. The role demands a proven ability to influence executive leadership, partner across functions, and experience with ERP and financial planning systems. The VP FP&A will also be responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring the FP&A team, and must be committed to driving continuous improvement in financial planning processes, reporting, and systems.
