Wash and prepare raw food ingredients, following recipes from printed recipe cards or by memory according to the company operators manual. Operate power driven machinery to prepare food ingredients. Cook, sauté, boil, and fry food products. Ensure food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures, properly dated, rotated, and stored according to health regulations. Demonstrate complete understanding of the menu. Assist with serving orders while tending to guests’ needs.
