Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: WI RN License and BLS- AHA or ARC
Minimum Experience: 2+ years Med Surg experience. Must have recent hospital experience. Trauma level II experience required. Prior travel experience REQUIRED.
Charting Experience: Epic REQUIRED.
Equipment used: Epic EMR, Rovers for medication scanning, Alaris pumps
