Responsibilities include exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service, extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu, preparing food and condiments adhering to Outback standards, accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction, bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, demonstrating teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old to sell alcohol, ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs, ability to work in hot and cold environments, ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping, manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems, ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral, and ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
