Job Summary:
As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Mariemont Care Center, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, support our skilled nursing team, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. This is a flexible, as-needed role ideal for nurses seeking extra hours or supplemental income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team.

• Assist with care planning and follow care protocols.

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to provide exceptional resident care.

• Support infection control and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Ohio.

• CPR certification required.

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.
