Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2270 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required with 1 month within the last 12 months.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - First-time travelers not accepted.

Special Requests: - RTO blackout dates: 11/25-11/27, 12/23-12/26, 12/30-1/2. - Must be available to work 2 of the 3 holidays.

Unit Details: - Fast-turnover unit; can admit 12-15 on days/nights. - Resource RN and Charge RN have no patient assignments.

Shift & Scheduling: - 4 days or less of total RTO only. - 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks. - On-call: none.

Floating Requirements: - Float to PICU, NICU, ED BH, ED helping hands, SPARC-E.

4 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/05/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
