Location: Valley Stream, NY (Nassau County)

Pay: $19.65–$20.00 per hour

Job Type: Per Diem

Schedule: Flexible Day & Weekend Shifts

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
Provide medication reminders
Promote client safety, comfort, and independence
Report changes in client condition to the care team

Qualifications

CURRENT NEW YORK STATE HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Minimum of one (1) year of caregiving experience
Eligible to work in the United States
Physical within one year
PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest X-ray (if applicable)
MMR immunization documentation
Reliable, compassionate, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

Drivers are preferred for many of our cases; however,a driver's license is not a requirement of employment.
