New England Dermatology Associates, is seeking a full-time Dermatologist to join our well-established and patient-focused dermatology practice in Vernon, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist who is looking to practice high-quality medical, surgical, and general dermatology in a supportive environment with a strong referral base and an experienced clinical team.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive dermatology care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of medical and surgical dermatologic conditions.
\n
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures as appropriate.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention, treatment options, and ongoing skin health.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow providers, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure an excellent patient experience.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in accordance with practice and compliance standards.
\n
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice through high-quality care and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
\n
• Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.
\n
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Connecticut.
\n
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
\n
• Interest in joining an established practice with a collaborative team environment.
\n
• Experience in medical and surgical dermatology preferred; new graduates completing dermatology residency are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $400,000–$600,000 annually, including base salary and productivity incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, patient volume, procedures performed, and other job-related factors. The compensation plan may include uncapped productivity incentives, providing the opportunity for earnings above the stated range.
