Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Emergency Department serving a geriatric and pediatric population
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients with varying acuity levels
• Utilize Meditech EHR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with department protocols, dress code (navy blue scrubs required), and facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Rural community hospital experience
• Charge Nurse experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred
• Experience working in an undesignated trauma-level emergency setting
• Collaborative team player with a positive, professional demeanor suited for night shift culture
