Job Overview:

Responsibilities for Personal Trainer:
- Consult with clients to understand fitness and nutrition goals .
- Create and implement comprehensive training programs.
- Network to grow your clientele and training book of business.
- Provide tips and advice on improving form and achieving their goal.
- Maintain training equipment, studio cleanliness and safety.
- Develop a good rapport with clients and have an empathetic attitude.
- Provide clients with regular feedback regarding progress.
- Request google reviews and referrals from clients quarterly.
- Follow all Standard Operating Protocols.
Qualifications for Personal Trainer:
- Certified as a personal trainer.
- College degree required.
- Sales experience a plus.
- CPR/AED
- Proven experience working as a personal trainer.
- Available to work mornings, nights, weekends. The client schedule drives your schedule.
- Excellent social, verbal and written communication skills.
- Impeccable customer service and client focus.
- Strong working knowledge of fitness training and exercises and able to demonstrate proper form and technique.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and health.
- Maintain physical fitness levels at all times.
