Regional Nurse Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing teams across our multiple ambulatory OB/GYN practice locations in Cambridge, Somerville, and Revere . This leader is responsible for fostering a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, equitable care. Qualifications Graduate of NLN Accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Master’s Degree preferred Current or conditional Massachusetts RN license American Heart Association BLS Provider certification 5 years’ clinical experience in Ambulatory Department Required Demonstrated leadership and management abilities Why Join Cambridge Health Alliance?
