Production Operator

Job Description Brazil North Industrial Park Plant – 2831 N Industrial Park Drive, Brazil, IN 47834, United States of America. Hourly Pay: $22.30 with shift differential. Shift: 2nd & 3rd 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3 PM–11 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11 PM–7 AM Primary Responsibilities Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. Load materials into production machines. Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment. Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality. Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products. Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization’s waste removal and recycling policies. Clean production equipment and work areas. Qualifications Able to repeatedly lift to 50 lbs within a scheduled shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Proven history of reliability and consistency with attendance policies. Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills. Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures. Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for detail.
