Seeking an experienced PRN Pharmacist for a per diem position in Richmond, VA, available next week from August 24 to August 29. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to support pharmacy operations Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

Location:

• Richmond, VA

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
• Dates: August 24 - August 29

Responsibilities:

• Open the pharmacy each day
• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians who will manage subsequent tasks

Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia (VA) Pharmacist License
• Minimum of one year recent experience in retail pharmacy or outpatient settings
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and manage pharmacy opening procedures

Desired Experience:

• Staff Pharmacist experience preferred
• Familiarity with prescription verification processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or outpatient pharmacy
