As a key member of the analytics team, you will transform data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

• Identify and contribute to the development of scalable data tools that improve how data is transformed, managed, and accessed—reducing time to insight.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports aligned to key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Success organization.
• Build predictive and health score models to support customer experience and revenue growth.
• Lead analytics and modeling projects that translate organizational data into clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare both executive-level summaries and detailed analytical reports, including clear written insights and visual storytelling.
• Contribute to additional analytics initiatives as business needs evolve.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience using SQL for data extraction and transformation, and Python for advanced analytics, automation, or modeling.
• Experience developing semantic layer data sets from modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas, and normalized vs. denormalized designs.
• Advanced proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, including best practices for data storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end—from business requirements through analysis, insights, and executive recommendations.
• Experience delivering measurable business impact through analytics, reporting, revenue operations, or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
