Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Freight Transport: Operate Class A commercial tractor-trailers handling open-deck, stepdeck, flatbed towing, and gooseneck trailers across regional lanes.
• Load Securement & Compliance: Ensure all cargo is properly chained, strapped, and secured while strictly adhering to state DOT weight and route regulations.
• Pre/Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough DOT safety checks on tractors, trailers, hydraulic/winch systems, and load tie-downs.
• Dispatch & Route Coordination: Maintain reliable communication with terminal dispatchers to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)

• License: Valid Class A CDL with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Certifications: Active DOT Medical Card .
• Preferred Experience: Experience in flatbed towing, stepdeck, and gooseneck equipment preferred (willing to train motivated drivers eager to learn specialized open-deck haul!) .
• Preferred Endorsements: Doubles & Triples (T Endorsement) preferred , but not required.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of verified commercial driving experience preferred.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to DOT safety standards, equipment care, and professional attendance.
