RN Clinic Supervisor

Job Summary RN Clinic Supervisor role offering full‑time, weekday schedule with no nights, on‑call, weekends, or holidays. Responsibilities Direct day‑to‑day functions of clinic staff and programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for assigned clinical areas. Train, orient, and supervise departmental personnel; assign work and oversee daily operations. Manage staff performance and conduct evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions for front office and clinical staff. Monitor clinical expenditures to stay within budget. Serve as liaison between clinic and external agencies. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services. Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy. Perform related work as required. Qualifications Education : Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Experience : Minimum one year in medical office, acute care, or outpatient setting; supervisory experience preferred. Certification : RN required. CPC coding required if coding duties are performed.
