Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure for the state of New Mexico
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and an adaptable approach to diverse student needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, working closely with teachers and support staff
• Foster positive relationships with students and families, providing resources and support as needed
• Adapt interventions to meet individual and classroom needs
