Full Time Pharmacy Technician Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person, Permanent (W-2) About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This is an in-person position focused on prescription order fulfillment and pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining accuracy and excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment. This position does not involve sterile or non-sterile compounding. Responsibilities Fill and prepare prescription orders accurately and efficiently Label, package, and process prescriptions for shipment or patient pickup Maintain inventory and assist with stock management Verify prescription information and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures Assist pharmacists with daily operational tasks Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with pharmacy standards Communicate professionally with team members and patients when needed Support quality assurance and documentation requirements Qualifications Active Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration required High school diploma or equivalent Previous pharmacy experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting of pharmacy supplies Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($17.50-$20.00 per hour) Full-time, permanent W-2 employment Stable schedule and long-term growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (schedule to be discussed during interview) #J-18808-Ljbffr
