SMT Process Engineer

Position Overview: Develop, optimize, and maintain SMT manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance while supporting NPI and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SMT process standards. Support NPI, stencil design, solder paste selection, and equipment programming. Troubleshoot SMT defects and perform root cause analysis. Improve yield, scrap, cycle time, and equipment utilization. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Design Engineering teams. Requirements 2+ years of experience. Experience with SMT and electronics manufacturing. NPI experience. Reflow.
AOI/AXI.
Process optimization. RCA. DOE. SPC. Lean/Six Sigma.FMEA.
