Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic respiratory care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality respiratory therapy for patients of all ages, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' respiratory conditions and needs.
• Administer therapeutic treatments including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure the best possible care.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques, equipment, and safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow safety and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio Respiratory Care License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) preferred.
• Prior clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
