We work directly with founders across Seed to Series B companies in AI, SaaS, HealthTech, and other emerging industries. Our clients are building meaningful products and need thoughtful, hands‑on support to hire the right people at the right time. We embed with their teams and help them make smart, strategic hiring decisions that drive real outcomes. About the Role This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and understand how great teams are built. You won’t just be scheduling interviews or supporting one part of the process. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of hiring, working directly with founders and candidates, and learning how to evaluate talent in fast‑moving environments. You’ll gain exposure to technical, product, and go‑to‑market roles while developing strong instincts around hiring, communication, and decision‑making.
