Job Overview Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – Bank of America. This role provides training and career development for financial solutions advisors. Responsibilities, qualifications, and schedule are provided below. Responsibilities Obtain and maintain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licenses within the required timeframes. Complete Academy training cycles and receive one‑on‑one coaching. Build and manage client relationships in a financial center, including small business owners and individuals. Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to achieve clients’ financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment teams to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Serve as a registered SAFE Act participant, complete the required background check, and remain in good standing. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Must obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) within specified 30‑day and 120‑day periods. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong communication, collaboration, and results‑driven mindset. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Knowledge of risk management, trading, portfolio management, pipeline management, and referral management. Desired Qualifications Held FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) or equivalent certification. Bachelor’s degree. One year of financial services or sales experience. Spanish speaking skills. Executive presence and business acumen. Schedule and Location Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. 1st shift (U.S.) typical 40 hrs/week. Initial training at a financial center, then possible phone‑based work until a local center is available.
