Cutting Edge Homes LLC is a growing, family-owned construction company serving West Michigan. We're looking for a dependable, motivated CDL Driver who isn't afraid to jump in and be part of the team. This position is much more than driving—you'll be hauling equipment, operating machinery, and assisting our crews on job sites when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport construction equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Haul excavators, skid steers, trailers, and other heavy equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure all loads in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Assist field crews site work, material handling, and general construction tasks when driving duties are complete.
• Maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience hauling heavy equipment.
• Experience operating construction equipment preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds.
• Willingness to help wherever needed to keep projects moving.
• Mechanical experience is a plus but not required
