Training Lead (Train-the-Trainer Rollout)

Charlotte, NC | Greensboro, NC | Raleigh, NC Duration: 6+ months CTH Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking a Training Lead for a top-tier client. This role will lead the bank-side training strategy and rollout for a 3-year finance transformation, partnering with the client (systems integrator) on a train-the-trainer approach. The client will support core training content, while the bank is responsible for enterprise rollout to impacted operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end training strategy and delivery plan aligned to the program roadmap and release schedule
• Partner with the client and workstream SMEs to coordinate the train-the-trainer model, ensuring trainers are enabled and rollout is consistent
• Lead training readiness planning: audience segmentation, training wave planning, scheduling, tracking, and completion reporting
• Coordinate training logistics and governance: session planning, materials distribution, communications alignment, attendance tracking, and feedback loops
• Ensure training materials and delivery support business readiness needs: job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and reinforcement plans
• Work with PMs and OCM Lead to integrate training with the broader change plan and deployment milestones
• Measure effectiveness (surveys, assessments where applicable) and drive continuous improvements to training delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8–12+ years leading enterprise training for large transformations (systems/ERP implementations preferred)
• Proven experience executing training rollouts for large, distributed user groups, ideally within banking/financial services
• Strong coordination skills across vendors/SI, business SMEs, and operations stakeholders
• Excellent communication, documentation, and program management discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting finance transformation platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, OFSAA (or similar)
• Prior train-the-trainer program leadership in a regulated/complex operating environment
