Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret diagnostic imaging exams such as HIDA scans and thyroid studies.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment including GE, Siemens, and Philips systems.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging procedures.
• Ensure radiation safety through proper handling and disposal of materials.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Cerner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required; BLS certification required.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in nuclear medicine tech roles.
• Proficiency with GE, Hitachi, Philip, Siemens, and Toshiba systems.
• Experience with peripheral IV start and maintenance.
• Knowledge and practice of isolation precautions and radiation safety.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
