District Personal Training Manager

District Personal Training Manager Lead and develop personal training teams across 6-8 locations, driving revenue and ensuring high-quality service and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities Hire, develop, and manage performance of Qualified PT, MIT, PTM, and Assistant PT Managers. Conduct weekly (or as needed) meetings with direct reports to review performance, provide direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals. Offer career growth and advancement opportunities as warranted. Manage all PT, MIT, PTM, and Assistant PT Manager schedules while staying within assigned PT margins. Mediates club employee relations matters for all club fitness employees. Discipline staff under the guidance of your direct supervisor. Regularly train staff on industry updates and teach Personal Trainers to remain successful and ensure clients are trained professionally. Oversee sales and service through consistent development of the training team. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue objectives for personal training services. Establish goals for locations and staff. Train staff on sales techniques to improve conversions, create referrals, and process floor pulls. Develop marketing programs to promote trainers, energize events, and post engaging videos across all SM platforms. Support, follow up, and maintain a high standard of all cleaning system protocols. Regularly train, support, and maintain the standards of all Group Exercise classes. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor. Schedule Minimum 43‑hour work week, typically 9 am‑6 pm Monday through Thursday and 9 am‑4 pm Friday. Additional hours may be required. An “admin” day may be approved as needed.
