Warehouse Planner Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Planner Coordinator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating daily operations, working with inventory and shipping systems, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

Location: McDonough, GA 30252 Schedule: 2nd Shift Pay Rate: $19.51/hour

Duties:

• Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing orders, transfers, and shipments using warehouse management software.
• Assign daily workloads to distribution center employees to meet productivity, service, and quality goals.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including truckload (TL), LTL, and courier paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, drivers, and customers to resolve order issues and maintain efficient operations.
• Organize and maintain shipping records, complete required reports, and assist with customer service inquiries and investigations.
• Follow all company safety policies while supporting a clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, wave planning, logistics, or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize changing workloads.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Windows) and the ability to learn warehouse management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Overtime may be required.
