Pay: $10.75–$13.00 per hour

How You’ll Support Our Clients

• Start the Day With Companionship: Share conversations, listen to clients’ stories, and help them begin their mornings feeling supported.
• Assist With Everyday Meals: Prepare simple breakfasts and help keep kitchens and common areas clean and organized.
• Help With Local Activities: Accompany clients to appointments, shops, errands, and other nearby destinations as needed.
• Encourage Healthy Routines: Provide medication reminders, encourage hydration, and help clients follow their usual morning schedules.
• Promote Comfort and Independence: Offer respectful assistance with safe movement and provide encouragement to older adults and veterans.

What We’re Looking For

• A thoughtful, patient person who treats every client with kindness and dignity.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle for required client transportation.
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a dependable approach to work.
• Willingness to complete required background screening and participate in paid onboarding and training.

Previous healthcare certification is not required for this position. We provide guidance to help you understand the role and prepare for your responsibilities.
