Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist - Fulltime Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analyses
- Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and mechanical ventilation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Wisconsin
- Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
