Visual & Marketing DesignerWe're looking for a Visual & Marketing Designer to help bring Matic's brand, product, and marketing to life across digital and physical touchpoints. In this role, you'll design assets for campaigns, product launches, social, email, web, and sales materials, working closely with product, marketing, and leadership. You'll help translate complex robotics and AI concepts into clear, compelling visual communication—and you'll grow your skills and ownership as the company scales. This role is ideal for an early-career designer with strong fundamentals, great taste, and a desire to learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.What You Will DoDesign marketing and brand assets across channels: social, email, ads, web, and product marketingCreate visuals for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand storytellingProduce digital and print-ready materials for sales, partnerships, and customer-facing needsSupport landing pages and product marketing pages with strong visual layout and hierarchyHelp maintain and apply Matic's brand system across touchpointsBuild and use templates to speed up recurring work and keep things consistentCollaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to turn ideas into clear visual designsTake projects from brief to final delivery with guidance and feedbackWhat You BringStrong fundamentals in visual design: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and compositionA portfolio showing thoughtful visual or marketing design work (school, internships, or personal projects welcome)Comfort working in Figma and basic familiarity with tools like Photoshop or IllustratorAbility to take feedback, iterate, and learn quicklyGood organization and attention to detailClear communication and a collaborative mindset0–2 years of experience, or equivalent hands-on/project-based experienceNice to HaveInterest in consumer tech, hardware, robotics, or product-driven companiesBasic motion or video skills (After Effects, simple animations, or Lottie)Familiarity with web or CMS toolsInternship or freelance experience in marketing, brand, or visual designExcitement about growing into more ownership and responsibility over timePortfolio (Required) Please include a portfolio showcasing relevant design work. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications. Base salary is one part of the total compensation package. The role is also eligible for equity through the company's discretionary equity program, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage access to a 401(k) plan.
