Field Sales Manager New Home Sales / Residential Real Estate Location: Charlotte, NC Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Our client is a well-established and highly respected homebuilder known for delivering quality homes, exceptional customer experiences, and a strong people-focused culture throughout the Southeast. They are committed to developing high-performing teams while maintaining a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. They are looking for you an experienced Field Sales Manager with a strong background in residential real estate and new home sales leadership. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, developing teams, and driving sales performance.
What you get to do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of New Home Advisors across multiple communities
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions focused on lead conversion, sales strategy, and customer experience
- Partner with Sales Leadership on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Review CRM activity and hold team members accountable for follow-up and sales processes
- Conduct role-playing sessions and observe live customer interactions to improve sales effectiveness
- Analyze competitive market trends and support strategic sales initiatives
- Partner with production and operational teams to support community success and customer satisfaction
- Ensure model homes and sales centers are properly maintained and merchandised
- Assist with customer issue resolution while supporting sales goals and closing objectives
- Foster a high-performance culture centered around accountability, training, and continuous improvement
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of residential real estate sales experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of new home sales experience required
- Prior leadership, coaching, or sales management experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License in good standing required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
