Position: Staff Pharmacist

Hours: Part Time to Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, and manage assisting pharmacy personnel.

Duties

Dispense prescription medications with precision, adhering to all safety protocols and legal requirements
Provide comprehensive patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions to ensure safe and effective therapy
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and adjust medication plans for patients as needed.
Monitor patient responses to medications, perform patient assessments, and recommend modifications as needed for optimal outcomes
Maintain detailed documentation of medication administration, patient interactions, and clinical interventions while ensuring compliance with pharmacy policies
Manage pharmacy technicians, cashiers and other necessary personnel.
Maintain satisfactory regulatory guidelines as necessary.

Requirements

1 year of retail experience minimum
Graduate of a USA based pharmacy school
Valid Florida Pharmacist License without and disciplinary actions.

Store Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday/Sunday: Closed

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Work Location : In person
