PT - Physical Therapist
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) with at least 1 year of experience. This role requires a currently active California PT license.
Responsibilities
The physical therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Specific duties include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patient progress and vital signs
- Documenting patient care activities in the system
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Active California PT License
Schedule
This is a day shift position, guaranteed for 36 hours per week over a period of approximately 13 weeks.
