Leader, Compensation & Benefits

Summary Strategic Total Rewards leader responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving compensation, benefits, and retirement programs to support global initiatives. This role combines analytical rigor with a service-oriented mindset to build scalable, compliant, and market-competitive rewards programs, reporting and tools to inform decision-making. The leader will partner cross-functionally, manage vendor relationships, and ensure program compliance. Responsibilities Support strategy, design, and execution of total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, and retirement with a global focus Partner with Health & Wellness on benefits open enrollment, new hire enrollment, and annual audits Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, ACA) in partnership with legal Handle associate and leadership total rewards inquiries to ensure timely, equitable resolution Build and deploy dashboards and reports to support total rewards decision-making Manage vendor and partner relationships across benefits, retirement, and compensation Develop and maintain job architecture, pay structures, and pay guidelines; participate in compensation surveys and market analysis Requirements 5 or more years of experience in total rewards (compensation and health/retirement benefits) Experience working with outside consultants and vendor partners and leading projects Experience administering global benefits plans preferred Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills with ability to present findings Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proficiency with Excel, Canva, Google Suite, benefit administration platforms, Oracle, and CompAnalyst #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
