Job Summary: Join our team as a Server and help bring comfort, hospitality, and nourishment to those who need it most. You'll provide exceptional service to pediatric patients, families, visitors, and healthcare teams while creating a positive dining experience in a supportive healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide friendly, attentive service to patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members.
• Take meal orders and serve food accurately, efficiently, and with care.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas before, during, and after meal periods.
• Assist with setup, bussing, stocking, and inventory support.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards at all times.
• Support a positive dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

• Be 18 years or older
• Previous food service or hospitality experience (preferred)
• Experience with one-on-one customer service interaction
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• A respectful and compassionate attitude toward others
• A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
• ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card
• The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Physical and sensory requirements include regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and vibration may occur. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
