Come explore Novanta.As a Quality Engineer contractor, you will ensure products and services meet customer expectations. You'll identify quality issues, enhance control processes, and drive continuous improvement. Your goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing quality costs by delivering high-quality products.This project assignment will last until early 2027.Responsibilities:Conducting product and process audits to identify areas for improvementDeveloping and implementing quality control plans and proceduresInvestigating and resolving customer complaints related to product qualityAnalyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementProviding training and guidance to production teams on quality control processes % automated test casesRequirements:Education - Possess a Bachelor of Science in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.Experience - Have experience with quality control methods such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.Skill - Be able to analyze data using statistical tools and software.Skill - Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.Skill - Possess excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills working collaboratively with cross -functional teams and customersNovanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
