Lake Wylie Bowl N’ Bounce is an entertainment center featuring bowling, redemption arcade, laser tag, child soft play structures, food, drink, and more. We are hiring a Manager to join our management team. Each Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, staff, and customer satisfaction while working. This position will be a peer to our 4 other Managers and reports directly to the Owner of the business.

Requirements
--Previous leadership experience in the service industry is required. This includes other entertainment centers, bowling centers, restaurants, bars, etc.
--Ability to lead and mentor a staff of primarily young employees
--Previous experience as a key-holder
-- Previous experience managing cash and credit transactions for opening and closing shifts
--Lead by example
--Work well with others
--Terrific customer interaction skills
--Ability to oversee a wide range of services and customers from kids’ birthday parties to managing a bar
--Ability to work days, nights and weekends, including the availability to close at 12AM on Fridays and Saturdays
--Willingness to learn
